Return Policy

- If a full price item is unsuitable, you are entitled to a full refund on your purchase.

- Talulah offers store credit only for discounted or sale merchandise.

- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

- If you have received the wrong size and wish to exchange merchandise please return to the warehouse. We will issue a store credit you can use to shop again for your required size.

- Returned merchandise must have all tags attached. Merchandise that is not in original condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

- Once returned item has been received at our warehouse your store credit/refund will be processed within 5 business days.

- Retain proof of purchase until refund confirmed and processed.

Return Process

STEP 1
Complete return document and print to include in the return package. If you have not received one with your pakage you may download HERE.

STEP 2
Pack and return your items including the return document.

STEP 3
Post your return to below address.

STEP 4
Received and processed within 5 business days.

- You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed.

- Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

- All refunds will be made in AUD. Please be aware any effects on foreign currency are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by La Maison Talulah.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel this order. Orders will need to be returned for a full refund.

Faulty

- In the unlikely instance you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund, or a replacement item, provided stock is available.

- La Maison Talulah requires the piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund. These terms do not cover general wear and tear. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please get in touch at eboutique@talulah.com.au.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

- In some circumstances, customers may be required to pay additional duties and taxes on imported products by their country’s customs regulations and government policies.

- These costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Please confirm the expected import duties and taxes of your country prior to placing your order to ensure these costs are not unexpected at delivery.

- In the event a customer does not wish to pay their import duties and taxes the order will be returned to sender. The customer will be issued a refund for their order value, less the following return postage charges and $10 administration fee.
