Returns Policy

  • If a full price item is unsuitable, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange to find the right size, colour, or style for you.

  • Full price items purchased using a discount code are returnable. 

  • Products in our sale section are final sale and are not refundable. 

  • The shipping cost to return an order is payable by the customer.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order being shipped from the warehouse. Please contact customer support if your parcel was significantly delayed and extension is needed.

  • Returned merchandise must have all tags attached. Merchandise that is not in original condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

  • Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved

  • Once returned items have been received at our warehouse your store credit/refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Retain proof of purchase until the refund is confirmed and processed.

Cancelling An Order

  • Once an order has been placed, it may only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed by the warehouse. Please contact customer support on eboutique@talulah.com.au

Faulty Items

  • In the unlikely instance you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund, or a replacement item, provided stock is available.

  • La Maison Talulah requires the piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund. These terms do not cover general wear and tear. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please get in touch at eboutique@talulah.com.au.
