When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Within Australia, we use express post so we can track any purchases.
Please note that orders placed on a week day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day and delivered to you within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. As part of TALULAH's service we will include free shipping within Australia for our valued customers when full priced items are purchased. Sale items incur postage costs which will be listed at the checkout. You must select the correct postage option. Please use an addressthat your parcel can be delivered to you personally or collection for your parcel will be from your nearest Post Office advised by Australia Post.

Countries outside Australia will receive an order within approximately 7-10 days. As part of TALULAH's service we will include free shipping to available international destinations for our valued customers when full priced items are purchased. Sale items incur postage costs which will be listed at the checkout. Items will be sent via registered airmail.
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard or by phone order whereby we can call you to process the order. Upon payment being cleared your order will be processed immediately. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. No credit card details are retained by Talulah. Please contact SecurePay for further information on their policy for handling credit card details.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. International buyers: note that you will be responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your country.
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange for another size, please download the above form, complete, and return with item in original condition. We will try to exchange your item for the correct size. If it is unavailable TALULAH will refund your payment by the exact form of the initial purchase. Items must be returned in as new condition within 5 business days. Items will be checked to make sure your item is in new condition. Exchange can be denied if our exchange requirements are not met.
There is no return or exchange on sale items.
If you are unhappy with the item/s you have received for any reason please return the item for an exchange and full refund. We will take care with quality control and make sure your items areperfect, however if you receive a TALULAH item that is faulty, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange. Items must be returned in the original condition and within a week of purchase. Please complete the above form and return to Talulah with items being returned.
There is no return or exchange on sale items.
How to return/exchange:
Please complete the above form immediately after receiving your item to organise the return/exchange. All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the original invoice. The original shipping charges are free within Australia from TALULAH. The shipping charges for returning the TALULAH item and TALULAH sending the exchange back to the customer, are the costs of the customers. The customer is liable for the item until it is received back by TALULAH. If for any reason the item is lost in the mail, TALULAH is not responsible and will not refund or exchange to the customer. Thereby it is the customer's responsibility to use a method of shipping with tracking.
Reduced or sale items
These items are not refundable or exchangeable for other items. Please choose carefully. Sale items may attract an increased shipping and handling fee. During any online sale, we will do our best to despatch your order immediately, but due to high demand please allow 7-10 business days for postage and handling.
