Shipping Policies
Within Australia, we use express post where we can track any purchases.
Please note that orders placed on a week day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day and delivered to you within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. (PLEASE NOTE: During any online sale, we will do our best to despatch your order immediately, but due to high demand please allow 7-10 business days for postage and handling.)
As part of TALULAH’s service we will include free shipping within Australia for our valued customers when full priced items are purchased. Sale items incur postage costs which will be listed at the checkout. Please use an address that your parcel can be delivered to you personally or collection for your parcel will be from your nearest Post Office advised by Australia Post.
Specially ordered items: If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to offer you to specially have the item made. We will give you a time frame for delivery to see if this will suit you, then a 50% deposit will be required upon ordering.

International Shipping
Countries outside Australia will receive an order within approximately 7-10 days. International postal charges of $30 will apply. Items will be sent via registered airmail.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard via ANZ eGate or by phone order whereby we can call you to process the order. Upon payment being cleared your order will be processed immediately. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. No credit card details are retained by Talulah. Please contact ANZ for further information on their policy for handling credit card details.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange for another size, please email enquiries@talulah.com.au for details of how to exchange your item.
We will try to exchange your item for the correct size. If it is unavailable TALULAH will refund your payment by the exact form of the initial purchase.
Items must be returned in the exact condition within 5 business days. Items will be checked to make sure your item is in new condition.
Exchange can be denied if our exchange requirements are not met.
Returns
We will take care with quality control and make sure your items are perfect, however if you receive a TALULAH item that is faulty, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange. Please notify us by email enquiries@talulah.com.au
Items returned within five working days of purchase date will be exchanged for another item chosen by the customer.
If an incorrect item has been shipped, TALULAH will waive exchanged item shipping charges.
How to return/exchange:
Please contact enquiries@talulah.com.au immediately after receiving your item to organise the return/exchange.
All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the original invoice.
The original shipping charges are free within Australia from TALULAH. The shipping charges for returning the TALULAH item and TALULAH sending the exchange back to the customer, are the costs of the customers.
The customer is liable for the item until it is received back by TALULAH. If for any reason the item is lost in the mail, TALULAH is not responsible and will not refund or exchange to the customer. Thereby it is the customers responsibility to use a method of shipping with tracking.
Reduced or sale items
These items are not refundable or exchangeable for other items. Please choose carefully.
Sale items may attract an increased shipping and handling fee. During any online sale, we will do our best to despatch your order immediately, but due to high demand please allow 7-10 business days for postage and handling.
During sale periods we are always extremely busy. We may not be able to personally reply to individual requests for garment measurements, fit descriptions etc.
